"Literally the dumbest bunch of people we’ve ever dealt with. Needing to switch insurance on vehicles? No worries they will add the wrong one! Up to date on payments? Great! We will take off a vehicle you never asked to be taken off! Better yet, we will cancel insurance on something that has always been up to date on! If you have more than one vehicle don’t even bother. The common sense and listening skills is lacking severely here. Can’t fix stupid."

"Nightmare- in any interactions . ASK a friend for recommendation/avoid Megan Roberts SF. This agency for whatever reasons is inexperienced unprofessional and unethical. We moved back home to Iowa area & we have had State farm for last 30 yrs with always great interactions support and response from our agent we had previously and SF corporate. Yikes-For last 5+months have tried repeated to get our money back,that was 'as like a scam' done to us by this agency. Put through a life insurance policy we NEVER authorized.* Will update if ever resolved, but this is illegal in State of Iowa and never received any policy to examine or even know existed only by bank account did we find out She was doing this. All documentation since 10 days after realized from our bank what this agent was doing, calls have fallen on flat ears, emails unanswered, frankly we now believe she Megan Roberts State Farm is waiting for us to just "forget" this large sum of money took wrongly from us. Megan Roberts SF, DID an auto draft from our checking account, which we never singed ..we called immediately and then 2 months more of unauthorized were even taken out AGAIN making 3 months worth instead of correction! This agent does NOT respond to emails, nor phone calls in any clear manner, seems very inexperienced ....finally as our Bank saw what was happening and als knew was not authorized nor any form signed, forced us to close our checking account get another with our bank WHAT A HASSLE(again our banker confirming our experience) DO NOT USE THIS AGENT- if new to town like us, again ask a friend to recommend one that is Professional/ ethical/experienced. She is never in the office and 2 young people working there, when went in person, young man said ,"She will be gone for a long time", we will leave a msg , not let us help you. By phone we have recording of own words /voicethis was not authorized, bank statement and emails, who had refund promised finally sent by an email- promised a check would be issued if we came into her office needed to have a paper signed 1 more paper she needed. We went in to this office which is not even clearly marked as State farm and very disorganized & dirty. Well 1 month later when still no check, we called and we received 1 terse call back even though have all documentation back. Meagan Roberts SF will not refund yet......Do not trust this agent, not sure of reasons why any agent would act in such a manner (even our banker had heard the same on Megan Roberts and recommended another agent) Ms Roberts claimed because, we gave her the number to our account -When had purchased auto insurance, she had the right to auto draft this product, 4 months of product we told her was not what we needed nor wanted nor EVER authorized or signed for ----what mess STAY AWAY from this agency . We are loyal State Farm customers for last 35 yrs for all our needs, and of our kids and have never had any problem with agents or State Farm. Yes we still believe State Farm(BUT not this agent) is a very good company. 1st negative review have ever left ever for any company, like to leave good reviews on companies and products only-sadly in this case a statement of facts to protect anyone else form going through same experience is right thing to do."

"Megan and her staff are true professionals! I’ve been with this company for many, many years. I’ve always received fantastic customer service. Today Julie helped me. She always listens, is polite and goes the xtra mile and offers to “find out”, if needed. She also “ follows up” to making sure I get the BEST customer service available. I appreciate her kindness and willingness to answer all my questions. You just don’t find this type of service with most companies anymore."
